If you are new to Pilates, need a little refresher, or are joining for Pregnancy or Postnatal Exercise then please familiarise yourself with the instructions in this video before starting your first class - everything will make much more sense and be easier to follow if you do …
For anyone beginning their Pilates journey, I’d also recommend seeking out the ‘Accessing your Core’ workout in the Core Connection section of the Member’s Library as your first class.
Recommended Equipment:
Mat
Resistance Band (full length) // Substitute: old pair of tights
Soft Pilates Ball // Substitute: a toilet roll or rolled towel
2 hand weights or small weighted balls // Substitute: 2 cans of beans or bottles of water
